DOCTOR BINS IS 100% ECO-FRIENDLY

Doctor Bins is a 100% eco-friendly residential and commercial curbside trash and recycle bin cleaning service in El Paso and it’s surrounding areas. A study and survey from the Hygiene Council funded by Reckitt Benckiser (makers of Lysol), found that trash bins average 411 bacteria per square inch. While bacteria is everywhere, your home or business has many places where it loves to hangout, especially your trash and recycle bins, thus increasing the odds of potential infection to you, your family, or employees.

Did you know that your trash bin is a major breeding ground for bacteria?

There are numerous types of bacteria that can be spread by touching dirty and contaminated trash bins.

Here is a list:

  • Salmonella – which causes typhoid fever, enteric fever, gastroenteritis
  • Escherichia coli or E. coli – a bacteria that is found in uncooked beef, unpasteurized milk and in cucumbers. Any discarded products that are known to contain the bacteria can possibly contaminate trash bins. E. coli infection symptoms include abdominal cramps, diarrhea, vomiting and tiredness
  • Listeria – Listeria monocytogenes are germs that can be found in meat, poultry, raw milk, and some vegetables and, unlike many other bacteria groups, they can flourish at low temperatures, which means they can be found in your refrigerator and then end up in your trashcan
  • Common Cold Virus – Germs that cause the common cold virus can also find their way into trash bins via discarded napkins and tissues.

FAQ’s

Will you provide a one-time cleaning?

Yes, that would be our MonoRx plan it is a little more costly to do a one time cleaning because we have to clean years of build up in one cleaning which results in taking longer than maintaining the bin on a regular basis. So, we suggest our MulitRx, HonorableRx, and HemiRx plans on a regular basis as a preventative maintenance.

Why should I clean my bins?

There are a number of reasons to have your bins cleaned by our hot water, high pressure mobile units:

  • Dirty stinky bins can be dangerous for anyone with a compromised immune system and can be harmful to children, older adults, pregnant women and family pets.  Dirty bins are a perfect breeding ground for disease causing bacteria which multiply at an alarming rate in a dirty bin and can be carried unknowingly from the garbage bin to your kitchen without your knowledge. Clean, disinfected and deodorized bins deal with this problem each time the bin is cleaned.
  • Dirty stinky bins are a breeding ground for maggots, attract wasps, flies, rodents, and other desert dwelling critters. Clean bins deal with these type of issues.
  • Dirty stinky bins smell terrible and are offensive to you, your family and your neighbours. Clean bins smell fresh and great.
  • Nobody wants to deal with a dirty stinky bin. Clean bins are easy and do not offend your senses, taking out the garbage to a clean bin is not a problem and you won’t mind doing that job with a happy bin from Doctor Bins.
Can I clean the bins myself?

The short answer is that Doctor Bins will do a better job and take that terrible job off your hands. We also use far less water and do not put the contaminated water into the storm sewer (so we keep the contaminated water out of our natural waters), we do not leave ugly stains behind and use cleaning products that are more effective and better for the environment.  We come rain or shine and are a cost effective method of dealing with a terrible job that no one really wants to do.

How is your service better?

At Doctor Bins our customers always come first!  Our customers can rest assured that our state of the art mobile cleaning system is completely self-contained and filters and recycles the water we use, so we do not put any contaminated water into our local storm drains. We wash your bins with HOT water which is far more effective than cold water washing and all of our products are biodegradable. We also disinfect the inside of your bins and the parts of the bin you regularly touch (the HANDLES and LID) so you can feel safe taking out the trash and moving your bins around.  Our rates are HIGHLY competitive and we will always match and beat any competitors that offer the same level of service we offer you.

Does someone need to be home while you are washing my bins?

No, all you need to do is leave your bins out after your regular garbage collection and we will do the rest. When you come to collect your bins they will be DECONTAMINATED, DISINFECTED and DEODORIZED.

How often should I have my bins cleaned?

Our local environmental services recommend every two weeks to stay on top of the foul smell and bacteria, however you can have Doctorbins do them every week, bi-weekly, monthly or every other month depending on your own comfort usage levels and budget.

How do I pay?

We text and email invoices so you can pay from your favorite electronic device.

Can I place my services with Doctorbins Cleaning on hold if we are going away for an extended holiday?

Yes you can.  Everyone is able to place their services on hold for as long as they need to.  All we request is that you give us 30 days notice of your request to hold our services and that you let us know how long you need your services placed on hold. Doctor Bins is VERY flexible with your schedule!

What type of payments do we accept?

We accept credit and debit cards, cash and checks.

Are you a franchise?

No we are not a franchise. We are a locally and veteran owned and operated company. All the money earned by our company stays in El Paso to support our local economy.
